‘Wags’ is a new dog grooming salon which has opened in Trusham in the Teign Vallley. ‘Wags’ is run by Isabel Dovauo who has turned the conservatory of her house into a fully-equipped grooming salon, complete with booster bath, power shower, blaster drier and hydraulic table.
Isabel did her training at a City and Guilds accredited salon near Shepton Mallet in Somerset and passed her City and Guilds qualification in August 2007. She trained on many dog breeds including Poodles, Westies, Jack Russells, Afghans, Lhasos, German Shepherds and Spaniels. She has also done courses in dog healing, animal first aid, and setting up a business.
Isabel is able to offer the dog(s) in your life thorough bathing with a choice of insecticidal or medicated shampoo, conditioning, brush-outs, trimming and clipping for all breeds, nail clipping and ear plucking and cleaning. Collection and delivery can be arranged within a 10 mile radius for a small additional charge.
All canine clients visiting ‘Wags’ are treated with care and respect and subjected to as little stress as possible.
